AI Inspired Design: Mixed-Use Waterfront Development 

This project was a mixed-use waterfront development at Ontario Beach Park in Rochester, NY. Initially, AI was used to generate ideas and visualize potential design outcomes, helping to shape the final concept. It featured a combination of studio, two-bedroom, and family apartments and condos, maximizing the area's scenic views. The first floor included a surf and sub shop catering to park visitors during the warmer months. The design concept focused on tranquility, comfort, home, and relaxation, creating a serene living environment that blended seamlessly with the waterfront setting.
